How do you earn?
Our work as a trade agent is supported under a program of the Primorsky Krai Entrepreneurship Support Center, so buyers pay nothing for supplier matching. We don't sell goods, hold money or sign contracts: terms and payment are agreed directly between buyer and supplier. Separately, we offer paid consulting, such as a public-records review of a Russian company. If a supplier signs a separate commission agreement with us, we tell the buyer.
Do you sell the products yourself?
No. Russia–Philippines Trade Link is run by an independent trade agent based in the Philippines. The role is to find a suitable manufacturer, collect current information and connect the buyer and the supplier. Commercial terms, the supply contract and payment are agreed directly between the buyer and the supplier.
Can every Russian product be imported into the Philippines?
Not automatically. Requirements depend on the product: food, meat products, fertilizers and equipment are regulated differently. Document and permit questions are reviewed at the start of each inquiry, and final import eligibility should be confirmed by the importer with the relevant Philippine authorities or a licensed customs broker.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and the manufacturer. Minimum lots, packaging, pricing basis and delivery terms are requested from the supplier once the buyer's product, volume and delivery point are known.
Can you check a Russian company that I found myself?
Yes. The company check is available for any Russian company, not only for suppliers presented on this website. It is a paid service from USD 29, based on public and legally accessible sources, and it is not a legal opinion or a guarantee. See the packages.
What information should I send with an inquiry?
The product or category, required volume or frequency, packaging preferences, the delivery point in the Philippines and any certificates or documents your business needs. The more specific the request, the faster a suitable supplier can be identified.
